IPOL Heat Transfer Oil 650
Description:
IPOL Heat transfer oil 650 is a new generation high quality heat transfer oil formulated with synthetic base stock with anti-oxidants & other additives which gives high heat carrying capacity, excellent thermal stability & long life. This is a high quality fluid & suitable for most severe operating conditions.
It possesses high specific heat & thermal conductivity to provide more rapid heat dissipation & its ability to flow rapidly at low temperatures ensures quick circulation at start-up & reduced risk of local overheating.
Application:
- Closed, indirect heating and cooling systems equipped with expansion tanks in Industrial processes industry, chemical plants, textile producers …etc operating at bulk temperature up to 320 0C.
- All types of heat transfer applications.
- In chemical processing, pharmaceutical, textile, and plywood industries.
- Recommended in services involving maximum bulk temperatures up to 320 °C.
Salient Feature & benefits:
- Excellent thermal & oxidation stability minimizes deposit formation & viscosity increase leading to extended service life & reduced downtime.
- Exceptional resistance to thermal cracking & decomposition enables this oil to perform this oil up to maximum bulk temperature of 320 0C.
- High specific heat & thermal conductivity of this oil provides more rapid heat dissipation.
- Superior anti-oxidant package gives fewer residues, preventing deposit formation, on the internal piping.
